The new European GDPR legislation aims to better protect the privacy of citizens. This tab describes how we handle the data we obtain when you visit our site. We are required to inform you, as the data subject whose personal data we process, of the following.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
When visiting Cromarbo’s site, you may be asked to provide certain personal data for the following purposes:

In the form, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If you do not fill in these fields, we will not be able to respond to your request.
4. What Personal Data and From Whom?
Cromarbo processes the personal data that the data subject has provided themselves. Data is only processed if this processing is necessary for the purposes mentioned in point 2. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
5. Recipients of Data
In accordance with the above, and unless it is necessary to disclose personal data to organizations or entities whose involvement as third-party service providers on behalf of and under the control of the controller is required for the aforementioned purposes, Cromarbo does not transfer the personal data collected in this context, nor will it sell, rent, or exchange it with any organization or entity, unless you have been informed in advance and have explicitly given your consent. Cromarbo uses third-party service providers, notably for the management of its website (IT providers, Webmasters, etc.) Cromarbo may take all necessary measures to ensure proper management of the website and its IT system. The organization may disclose personal data at the request of any legally competent authority or on its own initiative if it believes in good faith that the disclosure of such information is necessary to comply with the law or regulation or to defend and/or protect the rights or property of the organization, its customers, its website, and/or yourself.
6. Security Measures
In order to prevent, to the extent possible, unauthorized access to the personal data collected in this context, Cromarbo has developed security and organizational procedures. These procedures relate to both the collection and storage of this data. These procedures also apply to all subcontractors engaged by the organization.
7. Retention Period
Once the aforementioned data has expired, personal data is erased, unless other applicable legislation provides for a longer retention period.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
