Any question? Getting ready for my visite

Do I need to arrange an appointment?
On Saturdays (9:00-11:30) you must make an appointment.
Monday to Friday (8:30-17:30) it is not compulsory, but it is always better to make an appointment so that we can prepare for your visit and be ready to welcome you.

Who do I contact for a quote?
To obtain a quote, you should contact your fabricator. This is the craftsman who will cut the stone for your project. As a wholesaler, we don’t do the cutting and so can’t inform you about the price. Don’t have a fabricator? Don’t worry, we can recommend one for you.

How does a visit to Cromarbo work?
We help you make your choice by explaining the differences between the different stones, guiding you through the stock and advising you on your project and your wishes. During the visit we encode the different blocks that catch your eye and at the end we send you a visit confirmation that includes all the necessary information (block numbers, dimensions, pictures, maintenance advice, explanation of the type of stone, etc.).

Why can't I choose my slab?
You can choose your block but not the slice within a block. Blocks are mainly bookmatched cut, which means that the slabs have to be taken in order to maintain this symmetry throughout the block. Slabs from the same block also come from the same piece of stone that is cut, two following slabs are very similar to each other. However, two blocks of the same variety can be quite different, which is why we invite you to choose the one you like best.
